Gender and Social Inclusion (Cross-Cutting Theme)

PRC will mainstream gender and diversity in its projects, activities and practices, and its staff and allies will be trained to do so. It will set social inclusion targets and monitor progress in the ability of socially excluded women and men to participate in development processes and influence decision-making. PRC will analyze policies, and their implementation, from a gender lens and promote policy dialogues focusing on this theme. It will engage with women’s rights organizations and other civil society allies to achieve the scale of change required for gender equality and diversity in Nepal.
