Raju Pandit Chhetri : Executive Director

Raju Pandit Chhetri studied development and sociology. Raju has over ten years of experience in the field of climate change policy and sustainable development. In the past, Raju worked for United Mission to Nepal and Climate Action Network International. Raju has been closely following climate change negotiations under the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) and Green Climate Fund (GCF). Currently, he also serves as the member of the Climate Change Council and Climate Finance Technical Committee under the Government of Nepal. Raju passionately advocates on sustainable development and climate change issues. He enjoys football and tennis.

Prabin Man Singh : Director (Programme and Finance)

Prabin Man Singh is a strong advocate of environmental rights and justice. Over a decade, Prabin has been extensively working in the areas of climate change and disaster risk reduction (DRR). He has lead and is associated with many national and international networks working in the areas of climate change and DRR. He has commissioned and authored many research studies primarily on climate change. Prior to joining PRC, he worked for Oxfam in Nepal where he led policy advocacy work.

Sarika Rai : Director (Human Resources and Administration)

Sarika Rai has a degree in Regional and Rural Development Planning and is specialized in Integrated Watershed Management from the Asian Institute of Technology, Thailand. She has keen interest in the area of research on climate change, gender, natural resources management, land rights advocacy and programme management system. In the past she worked on gender issues and land rights advocacy. Prior to joining PRC, she worked for Community Self Reliance Centre.

Santa Kumar Maharjan : Programme Manager

Santa Kumar Maharjan graduated in MSc in Environmental Science and has good experience in climatechange adaptation. He is an environmental professional with a focus on climate change andenvironmental safeguard. He has expertise in project management, stakeholder engagement, andcapacity building. He has worked extensively with government agencies, NGOs and local communities,demonstrating a strong commitment to sustainable development and environmental protection.

Menuka Acharya (Paudel) : Finance Manager

Menuka Acharya (Paudel) is a development professional with more than 12 years of experience. She has extensive skills and knowledge in financial management, accounting and administrative work. She is a self-motivated, highly enthusiastic, energetic, and development professional. She also has a warm and pleasant personality with evidence of a team player and high integrity. Menuka worked with several other organizations before joining Prakriti Resources Centre.

Pragya Sherchan : Programme Coordinator

Pragya Sherchan has a Master's Degree in Environmental Management. She has a keen interest in the area of climate change, environmental issues, conservation and mountain resilience. She is a member of LDC University Consortium on Climate Change (LUCCC) Adaptation Learning Group (LALG). Prior to joining PRC, she worked as an environmental researcher with several organizations. Pragya loves to travel and explore new places, faces and cultures and do adventurous activities.

Sneha Rai : Research Coordinator

Sneha Rai is an environmental science professional, seeking opportunities to utilize diverse academic and professional knowledge and skills of environmental science and management, loss and damage, climate change and climate finance to address pressing environmental issues. Currently, she is working as a Researcher Coordinator at Prakriti Resources Centre (PRC). In her free time, she loves to trek, watch movies or have a cup of coffee and read a book.

Pratima Sharma : Research Officer

Ms. Pratima Sharma is an environmental activist and researcher specializing in climate-induced disasters with a Master’s degree in Environmental Science. She works as a Research Officer at the Prakriti Resources Centre and focuses on enhancing Nepal's capacity to address climate-induced loss and damage. Ms. Sharma is also a member of Loss and Damage Collaboration, a global group of climate experts and advocates working together to support vulnerable communities in developing countries with climate change-related loss and damage. She is a travel and adventure enthusiast with a passion for photography.

Amulya Tamrakar : Administration & Logistic Officer

AmulyaTamrakar is an Administrative and Logistics officer with experience overseeing and coordinating various administrative tasks, providing support to maintain workplace efficiency, and offering logistic support. He is an energetic team player responsible for planning and organizing the movement of the team and providing logistic support. Before joining PRC, he worked with several other organizations.
