PRC is committed to a just transition to 100% renewable energy from fossil fuels, leveraging Nepal’s abundant hydropower, solar, and other renewable resources to drive economic growth while achieving net zero emission. The strategy will be: multi- stakeholder engagement in building a robust discourse on low-carbon development, promoting green jobs and businesses, and advocating for the mainstreaming of low-carbon strategies within Nepal’s broader development vision.
