Governance (Cross-Cutting Theme)

As interaction between active citizens and accountable state is fundamental to good governance, PRC will work for building the capacity of CSOs; strengthening alliances; and collaborating with and, where possible, strengthening technical capacities of governments on PRC focal areas. PRC will foster contacts between CSO and government agencies and create spaces for effective dialogue. It will support CSOs and communities to question and hold the governments accountable for service provisions and track public expenditure, especially in climate and environmental actions.
